Reporting Center FAQ

All filter categories work using AND logic - Project, Survey selection, Date Range, and Segments must all be satisfied for data to appear in a download.

Within a single category, selections use OR logic. For example: Survey = Q3 OR Q2, AND Segment = Brand A.

Yes, filters update dynamically based on what's selected.

• Changing Project refreshes available surveys and segments.
• Changing Date Range updates the survey list based on Survey Open Date.
• If a selected survey falls outside a new date range, it is automatically deselected.

Date Range is based on Survey Open Date, not response submission date. It affects which surveys appear in the survey filter and what data is included in the downloaded report. It does not affect which report types are visible.

The system shows a "No Data Found" message and downloads are disabled until at least one survey is selected.

Segments filter the data, they control what is included. Split By controls how the output file is structured.

Example: Filter by Brand = Apex, Split By = Year → data is filtered to Apex, then exported as one file per year, bundled into a ZIP.
