AI Data Policy

ClearlyRated uses Open AI's commercial API for all of the AI features in our product.

Open AI does not use any data from this API to train their models, and all API logs are auto-deleted from their systems after 30 days.

Your data will remain exclusively yours, and the AI-generated insights from your data are not mingled with any other customer's data unless you opt-in to access to industry insights, in which case we will only mingle the AI-generated insights and not any survey response data.

We don't send any of your customers' contact info (name, email, etc.) to Open AI, only the responses themselves. However, if a survey response contains any contact information it would be sent to Open AI. However, that info would never be used by Open AI to train their models, and would be deleted after 30 days.

Your data will always remain private, confidential, and secure, in alignment with the data security protocols included in your ClearlyRated contract.
