Procom began surveying clients quarterly and talent on a weekly basis with ClearlyRated’s Talent Engagement (TE) Survey Program to ensure they were delivering a quality experience to both. But as Procom grew, it took Wendy’s team an increasingly longer amount of time to pull and clean candidate lists from Bullhorn to be used for ClearlyRated surveys.
