After a decade of using ClearlyRated’s survey program, the Synergis team has their process down pat. Two months prior to survey launch, they begin a two-pronged communication campaign covering both internal and external audiences, ensuring they get feedback from as many clients and consultants as possible.

Their communication approach seems to be working. The staffing firm has earned outstanding (and way above average) response rates, an industry-leading net promoter score® (NPS), and the 10-Year Diamond Best of Staffing award for both client and talent satisfaction. Now, the IT, engineering, marketing and sales recruitment firm is larger than ever, having grown its revenue and its customer base while increasing diversity among internal employees.

Challenge

Synergis puts what’s best for its consultants and clients at the forefront of every effort. From frontline recruiters to top leaders, everyone wants to know whether they’re doing all they can to deliver the best service. The problem: Prior to working with ClearlyRated, Synergis lacked a consistent way to get direct, unfiltered feedback from clients and consultants.

Solution

Synergis came to ClearlyRated for guidance and the right tools to gather customer feedback that could help them enhance their service to both talent and clients. They found that and more.

As responses from each survey come in, Jeff and his team relay feedback internally. They also communicate to clients and their talent community how they’ll use the feedback to offer the best possible experience.

“We take our survey program seriously, and our customers feel that over time,” Jeff says. “Each year we’ve improved the white glove treatment for our consultants and clients, and our numbers have reflected that.”

This past year, Synergis celebrated its highest ever client NPS (82%), which passed what is considered a world-class NPS (70%).

Since beginning to use ClearlyRated’s survey program, Synergis has earned outstanding star ratings from satisfied customers. As a result, it’s won the Best of Staffing award for both client and talent satisfaction every year that it has surveyed. This amounts to:

As survey feedback becomes available, Synergis leaders meet to discuss insights and determine where and how they can improve. When they identify detractors, they create specific plans to address each one, including who’s best suited to explore solutions and communicate improvements.

Credible marketing and sales materials.

Synergis gathers testimonials from its survey program and shares them via social media and newsletter. Beyond displaying the physical awards at its headquarters, Synergis issued a press release and has recently published a blog post to celebrate their ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing award. Its marketing team also makes full use of the digital award badges, featuring them on its website, in employee email signature banners, and on one-sheeters and sales presentations.
