How to Assemble Shout Outs

Shout outs are a great way to acknowledge your internal super stars and boost company morale! Start by downloading a list of your Shout Outs from your ClearlyRated dashboard.

Log in to your online survey dashboard and select the specific survey from which you would like to assemble Shout Outs. Access that survey by clicking on the survey name.
Once you are viewing the survey results, select the "Reports" button just below the green bar in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.
Select "Shout Outs" to download a complete spreadsheet of client Shout Outs collected from this survey.

Best Practices for Leveraging Employee Shout Outs

There are several ways you can celebrate when one of your survey respondents takes the time to recognize an employee at your company by giving them a Shout Out. Depending on how you have Shout Outs configured in your survey dashboard, we have a few suggestions for celebrating these wins!

If Shout Outs are set up to only be shared with the top level management

Share Shout Outs during one-on-one meetings with the employee who received the Shout Out (then use that information to further build and grow the relationship with the client or candidate that provided that Shout Out).
Highlight a handful of Shout Outs during staff meetings to "rally the troops".
Weekly Shout Out counts - have a board / tracking system with the number of Shout Outs that have come in during the week. At the end of the survey, share the results with the entire team.

If shout outs are set up to be shared with the recipient (employee given shout out)

If Shout Outs are set up to be shared with the employee that was given the Shout Out (and the manager is copied on the email).

Immediately send a congratulations in response to the Shout Out so the team member that received the recognition also receives an internal pat on the back.
Review Shout Outs during one-on-one meetings with the employee who received the Shout Out (then use that information to further build and grow the relationship with the client or candidate that provided the Shout Out).
Highlight a handful of Shout Outs during staffing meetings to rally the troops, even have the employee who received the Shout Out read the message to the team.
