API Survey Automation

API Survey Automation allows you to automate and streamline your survey process using ClearlyRated’s custom API. Rather than sending us contact lists, our API allows you to ‘plug in’ to ClearlyRated to send us your survey contacts directly from your CRM/ATS. Those contacts will then be added to the correct scheduled survey, bypassing the manual upload process and saving you time.

Uploading survey contact lists manually can be a time consuming task, prohibitively so if you run regular engagement surveys, or would like to start. ClearlyRated’s API Survey Automation puts that process on autopilot, allowing you to transfer your survey contacts into our system to be surveyed automatically. ClearlyRated's API Survey Automation can also be configured with contact filters and other data cleaning to eliminate the manual work of ensuring that your contacts are survey-ready and the reports you receive in your dashboard are accurate.

API Survey Automation is available to ClearlyRated clients in any industry who are currently running Enterprise-level engagement surveys. If your CRM or ATS doesn't already integrate with ClearlyRated, you can utilize API Survey Automation. Our API can also integrate with most custom CRMs and ATS's, provided you have the technical resources to hook up to our API.

In order to use API Survey Automation, you will need the technical resources to hook up your CRM/ATS to our API. API Survey Automation is still in the early-adoption phase and we are working on full technical documentation. They will be able to share all necessary technical info and facilitate the setup process to ensure everything is completed smoothly and efficiently. 

You'll need someone who can write the code to connect your CRM/ATS to our API. Our team will work with you to set up everything else, however we cannot program the API endpoint on your end. Please reach out to our Product Team directly with any and all technical questions: product@clearlyrated.com

If you are already running an engagement survey or surveys with us at the Enterprise level, there is no further cost associated with taking advantage of API Survey Automation.
