ClearlyRated for Salesforce

ClearlyRated for Salesforce is our new integration with Salesforce, available on the Salesforce AppExchange. The integration syncs your ClearlyRated survey data into Salesforce, where it can then be incorporated into new and existing Salesforce workflows and reporting.

And with ClearlyRated for Salesforce you can now fully automate your satisfaction survey program. Put your client experience surveys on auto-pilot: pull the right contacts at the right touch points into your ClearlyRated surveys, qc them, send their surveys, then watch as the data syncs back into Salesforce, automatically.

ClearlyRated for Salesforce combines the operational power of Salesforce with the client experience insights of ClearlyRated to maximize your productivity and grow your firm.

By syncing all of your ClearlyRated data into Salesforce, you can take full operational advantage of the power of Salesforce, including, but not limited to:

• Incorporating that data into workflows
• Ticket tracking
• Account health dashboards
• Survey non-responder follow-up (survey links will be accessible in Salesforce)
• Data is accessible by other apps that integrate with Salesforce (for example Tableau or Power BI)
• Full survey automation with ClearlyRated

If you're currently using ClearlyRated's Salesforce integration, you can view individual survey feedback in the 'Details' view of your Leads and Contacts in Salesforce. However, the data still lives with ClearlyRated - it's strictly view-only. This means that you can't incorporate that data into your Salesforce reporting and other workflows.

Our new AppExchange integration allows the data itself to be imported into Salesforce so that you can report on it and use it in existing and new workflows.

You can download the app from the Salesforce AppExchange. Then contact your CSM to connect with our team to finish setup.

In order to have the application listed on the Salesforce AppExchange it must go through a thorough security review by Salesforce that can take up to 10 weeks. We've heard your feedback and know that a Salesforce application is something you've been excited about for a long time and we want to be able to offer it to you as soon as possible, which is why the unmanaged version of the app is available first. This version will be exactly the same as the version on the AppExchange: same level of security, same features and functionality, and accessible and available to clients now, until the security review by Salesforce is complete.

No, this app doesn’t enable survey automation with Salesforce. That feature - a different process that involves writing back to ClearlyRated from Salesforce using our API - is next on our priority list!

We’ll begin work on the automation integration after the Aug. 23 launch of the initial version of the app and expect to have it complete this fall or early winter.
