Our Expansion Question is built directly into the satisfaction surveys you already send, making it easy to ask and find out exactly how your services can meet your clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

How It Works

  1. Key Contacts are prompted to fill in / edit their Expansion Question on the opt-in screen that pops up in the dashboard (or snooze it for now and come back later after discussing with your team).
  2. Our system automatically populates the Expansion Question into the survey/s selected on the opt-in screen. All survey takers who give an NPS score of 7 or higher will be shown the question by default (Enterprise customers can edit this logic).
  3. The contacts from your firm who have permission to view surveys are automatically enrolled to receive email notifications every time someone answers this question in their survey, as well as a monthly summary email of survey takers who have answered the Expansion Question (You can edit which of these emails users receive under Company Settings -> Users -> Notifications -> Expansion Opportunities.   4. View a list of the clients that have answered the Expansion Question in the dashboard, then follow-up with them using our automatic email generator
  5. Start watching the new expansion opportunities roll in after your survey launches!
