Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your login. All users have the ability to use MFA on their account and account admins can require their users to use MFA to help adhere to corporate security policies if necessary. The MFA will be in the form of a temporary code sent via email and/or SMS.

FAQ
No - we don't require you to activate MFA. We are, however, big advocates of data security and encourage everyone to use the most secure login methods available with all of their accounts.
Each OTP is valid and active for 20 minutes, after which you'll have to request a new one.
