We built PPs to help our clients build trust and credibility with their audiences, increase engagement and stand out against competition. PPs create an unbiased, third party verified touchpoint where firms’ target audiences can see proof (NPS scores, star ratings, testimonials and personal details) of what it is like to work with them and engage.

Users can be anyone who would benefit from the public differentiation, engagement and credibility the pages were designed to create. We’ve seen it with recruiters, account managers, and business development managers.

The firm, and not the individual, owns the page. So it can be deactivated and taken down at the client’s discretion.

Not having 100% perfect scores and comments in public actually builds credibility and is a great chance to learn. However, only NPS promoters are prompted to give testimonial feedback which is what streams to your pages. Also, we do allow gating if necessary.

First, get PP added to your contract. Then, if you’re allowing your employees to edit their own pages, just provide ClearlyRated each page owner’s first name, last name and email address. The employees will get an email to set up their page. Company information will come from the brand and won’t need to be input by individuals.
