Known Limitations

The following issues have been identified during testing and scoped as known limitations for this release. They will be reviewed and addressed in a future releases. All items are documented and prioritized in our post-release backlog.

1. Report generation for large datasets

Generating reports for survey programs with a large number of contacts, typically 2,500 or more, may result in significantly longer generation times or, in some cases, the report may not complete successfully. This applies to PDF reports as well as the Overview Dashboard Report.

Workaround: Apply filters (such as a specific survey program or a narrower date range) before downloading to reduce the dataset size.

2. PDF formatting and layout issues

In certain scenarios, PDF reports (With Responses, Without Responses, Individual Responses) may display formatting inconsistencies including content overlapping between sections. In some cases, a blank page may be generated at the end of the report, causing a footer note to appear out of position.

Workaround: None currently. This is a visual issue and does not affect the underlying data.

3. Corrupted PDF when filters return zero results

When a filter combination , such as a specific segment or Split By selection , results in zero matching responses, the system may generate a corrupted or unreadable PDF file instead of displaying a "no data available" message.

Workaround: Before generating a PDF, verify that your selected filters return data by checking the UI summary. If a segment has no associated responses, remove it before downloading.

4. Overall Score discrepancy when segment filter and Split By are used simultaneously

When both a segment filter and the Split By feature are applied together on the same report, the Overall Score displayed may reflect the global unfiltered score rather than the score for the selected segment. Using either segment filter alone or Split By alone does not produce this issue.

Workaround: Use segment filter or Split By independently if the Overall Score is critical to your analysis. Do not rely on the Overall Score when both are applied simultaneously.

5. Historical question data missing from NPS Impact section

In PDF reports, the NPS Impact section may not display data for survey questions that have been modified, newly added, or disabled across survey cycles. Responses to questions that no longer exist in the current survey configuration may not appear, even when historical data exists. This affects accounts where survey questions have changed over time.

Workaround: For historical question data, refer to the legacy report for the relevant survey period.
