SSO Admin Settings

You can find these settings by going to 'Company Settings' -> 'SSO'

   

User Access Controls

  • Allow and Don't Require (Default) - This option gives your users the option of using SSO for sign in, but does not require it
  • Allow and Require - This option requires your users to use SSO and prevents them from using a username/password for login
  • Don't Allow - Disables SSO for all of your users

Technical Information

Our Entra SSO uses the Microsoft OAuth 2.0 auth code flow and does not support SAML-based SSO.

If you don't allow this form of SSO, any user that attempts to access your company's account will not be allowed to authenticate with this SSO. 

If you would like to provide admin consent for your entire organization, your Microsoft Entra administrator can approve ClearlyRated via the link found in the SSO settings in your Company Settings in the ClearlyRated dashboard. This avoids the need for each user to individually consent to the ClearlyRated application.
