Predicted Overall Response Rate
--

*Our response rate calculator estimates the expected overall response rate based on the initial response rate from Day 1 of a survey launch. It bases calculations on a decade of client response rate data from ClearlyRated Best of Staffing™ surveys from 2013 to 2022. We studied this data set in depth and published our findings in a report, which includes long-term trends and a deep dive into 12,000+ client satisfaction surveys completed in 2021, showing how clients behave when answering satisfaction surveys. While this calculator is based on staffing industry data, we’ve found that response rate trends hold true across every industry we serve, including staffing, accounting, insurance, legal, HR services, RPO, and other B2B services.

Keep in mind that since our Response Rate Calculator is based on ClearlyRated-run survey programs, the projection you receive may be higher than what you see if managing your own surveys rather than working with a third-party service provider. Our expert team not only achieves higher response rates for our clients but also helps them leverage NPS survey findings to improve retention, grow accounts, win new business, and maximize their online reputation.
