Who to Survey and How to
Qualify for a Best of Award


Surveying your talent with ClearlyRated grants your firm eligibility to win the annual Best of Staffing award for Talent Satisfaction. Each participating firm must pass the eligibility standards before they can move forward to earn the award.

There are three touchpoints that are part of talent engagement: onboarding, mid-assignment, and end of assignment. Each touchpoint is surveyed on a weekly or monthly basis.



Best of Staffing Award Qualification


Survey Requirements

At least three (3) months of surveys need to be used for award qualification. These surveys must be from consecutive months (i.e. April, May, June). If you'd like to go back further than three months, we recommend no further than six months.

Response Rate Requirements

Participating firms must receive at least 15 completed responses AND must receive a minimum response rate of 20%. If the participating brand received at least 250 responses across all three touchpoints, the participating brand does not have to receive a 20% response rate to be eligible.

NPS Requirement

In order to qualify for the Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction award your firm needs to obtain a 50% NPS* or higher. However, the Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction award is a two-part qualification process. To qualify, your firm must meet a 20% (see exceptions above) response rate and at least 15 responses or more and an NPS of 50% or higher.
