Employee Surveys - Getting Started
- Preparing Your Contact List: Follow this checklist to successfully prepare your ClearlyRated contact list to be uploaded in your ClearlyRated dashboard.
- Getting Started Packet - including templates and guides on how to pull together your contact list.
- Pre-Survey Communication to Internal Staff - prior to your survey launching, this email template is incredibly useful to send to your internal staff to give them a heads up about the employee survey that is going to be sent to them by ClearlyRated. This is a great opportunity to set those expectations and let your employees know that this survey is anonymous.
- Make sure that the employee survey invites reach the inboxes of all your employees by adding the ClearlyRated server to your email allow list. It is important to work with your IT team in order for your employees to receive the survey invite that is sent directly from ClearlyRated.
- Email Invitation: this invitation will be sent to your employees by ClearlyRated on behalf of your brand. The email invitation outlines the steps ClearlyRated takes to ensure that all responses from your employees remain anonymous and lets them know that they can contact ClearlyRated directly with any concerns or questions.
- Employee Survey Questions: questions that are part of the employee satisfaction survey that will be sent to your employees by ClearlyRated.
- Types of Questions that ClearlyRated Supports - shows all the different questions that are available for your survey program.
- View Your Survey Schedule - When will your survey launch? You can find your survey schedule within the dashboard.
Survey Fielding
- Send a Survey Reminder Email to your Staff - after the initial survey invite and before the survey reminder which will both be sent from ClearlyRated, we encourage you to send a note to your staff letting them know why their feedback is important to your firm.
- What's a Shout Out? An explanation of what a Shout Out is, how it works and how to celebrate them!
- Sharing Employee Testimonials - A guide on how to use your employee testimonials to help your recruiting efforts and to share online.
Reporting Phase
- Start, Stop, Continue! - this quick three step process will help you identify the three steps you can take now that your survey has closed.
